We take great pride in our reputation for customer service, product quality, and customer shopping experience. Our aim is to ensure all our customers are happy and have the best shopping experience possible.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am -5pm GMT. Customers can reach us by emailing us at customerservice@throwbackannie.com All emails are replied to within 24 hours during normal business hours, we are also closed on bank holidays. Before any orders are shipped we ensure products are carefully checked by experienced staff so that only faultless products leave our shop.

In the case that you do find something wrong with your shipment, e.g. it was damaged or you received the wrong item, simply contact us via our email customerservice@throwbackannie.com

Note: Please do not simply send the items in question back to us, we ask that you kindly contact our support centre via the email above.

SHIPPING | DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays: Monday to Friday. Anything ordered after 1pm (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within the 24hours, an email will be sent to notify you. Please be certain when ordering with us that you enter the correct shipping address as we will not be viable for any parcels or items lost if the address is incorrect.

We have various shipping methods for our customers, so you can get the exact postal service you require. You will be able to select your shipping rate option during checkout.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at throwbackannie.com, therefore we offer a 14 day return policy on all products.

All returned products must be unworn and in the original packaging for the return to be accepted. Before shipping any products back to us, all returns must first email returns@throwbackannie.com, and be confirmed by our customer services team, you will receive an email back with a return letter, you will need to add this to the items you wish to return, this will enable us to process your return.

Once we receive your return we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. It will then be processed; if it is a refund you require this can take up to 10 working days to show back in your bank account, if you have requested and exchange this will be shipped with 48hours of us receiving your return.

FAULTY PRODUCT

At ThrowBackAnnie your complete satisfaction is our main aim so any faulty items we will sort out any issues straight away.

When you receive your order as soon as you see the fault email us via : customerservice@throwbackannie.com - Please include your order number , faulty items name and a description of the fault with a photo so we can just ship you a new item out asap.

We will get back you your email as soon as we can and sort out your replacement.

MISSING ITEM | WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

At ThrowBackAnnie each order is checked via 2 members of staff to ensure quality but in the event of a missing item, or incorrect item, please email us via customerservice@throwbackannie.com with your order number and the missing item's name and number. We can then resolve the issue for you.

PAYMENTS

When will my order be shipped?

Orders made before 1pm (GMT) every weekday: Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 1pm (GMT) will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays and weekends.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the postage service you have chosen at the check out, will depend on how many days your items will be with you. – If your item has not arrived in the time frame specified below, just drop us an email customerservice@throwbackannie.com and we will get that sorted for you asap.
